Improving the quality of training in universities towards professionalization and internationalization is a prerequisite issue. This is firstly reflected in the quality of teaching, the ability of scientific research, application, technology transfer and the quality of educational management of the human resources in the schools. Teaching and doing scientific research are two important duties of faculty in universities. Some universities today still separate between scientific research and teaching, have not properly assessed the position of scientific research and its impact on training quality. The article presents some achievements and outlines the limitations and difficulties in scientific research and proposes a number of solutions to promote scientific research in private universities nowadays.
